“I have been privileged to represent my fellow citizens of Fabre and to carry the voice of the elders during these 7 years”, affirmed Monique Sauvé, in a press release. The MNA is also the spokesperson for seniors and caregivers for the Quebec Liberal Party.
The former entrepreneur was first elected in the by-elections for the Fabre constituency in 2015. She then won the victory in the 2018 poll.
The leader of the Quebec Liberal Party, Dominique Anglade, thanked the member. “Monique embodies these values of justice and equity that are so dear to us in the Quebec Liberal Party,” she said in a press release. Quite rightly, in recent years, marked by the pandemic, Monique has carried the voice of those who too often feel alone in their reality, and believe me, Monique has always made it her duty to represent them. . »
On Monday, MP Christine St-Pierre confirmed that she would not run again in the next election.
