“How could we accept it?” In an exclusive interview with the European Public Media Union (EBU), including France Télévisions, on Monday March 21, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky once again rejects “an ultimatum” of Russia, almost a month after the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

“We’re given an ultimatum and given the dots to end the war. That’s incorrect. And it won’t get us anywhere,” defends the leader in this interview. “This issue concerns all Ukrainian people. And you can’t do it with ultimatums. Ukraine can’t destroy itself.”
