Each in turn, and in significantly different styles, the Doigts de l’Homme and Amélie-les-Crayons published their first albums about twenty years ago. The gypsy jazz group based in the Rhone Valley, and the singer based in Lyon began working together in 2017, when Amélie called on Olivier Kikteff, guitarist and founder of the group, to play on one of his. titles, the Ball of the Living.
The exchanges multiplied until the birth, these last months of a common project of magnitude, Amélie sings with the fingers. The singer and Olivier Kikteff present their show on France Bleu Drôme Ardèche.
Amélie-les-Crayons and Les Doigts de l’Homme are in concert this Friday, October 22 from 8:30 p.m. at the Quinconces theater in Vals-les-Bains in Ardèche.
