Dante will not be on the lawn of the Vélodrome stadium on Sunday. Expelled last Saturday on the Mosson lawn, following a questionable penalty, the captain of OGC Nice saw the disciplinary committee impose a suspension on him on Thursday evening. A sanction that the Gym wanted to avoid, which had set up a file at the start of the week to have the red card waved by the referee of Montpellier – OGC Nice Clément Turpin canceled. As the latter did not consider in his report that he had made a mistake, there was little hope of achieving a lifting of the sanction. Dante will therefore be back after the international break to host Stade Rennes.
