Meeting in the kitchen with Boris Marchand

Our guest, Boris MARCHAND, works in his real estate agency, told us about his job as a real estate agent, he also gave us advice when selling or when buying.

He is also a gourmand, coming from a line of gourmets since his grandmother ran a restaurant. He told us about Local terrine (at his butcher’s – MOREL at the Haussonville market in Nancy) with pickled cherry (HOME-MADE), Paté Lorrain, Gratin Dauphinois (HOME-MADE), Beef Bourguignon – Coq au vin – Fondue Vigneronne ( winter) HOMEMADE and barbecue.
