DELICIOUS PEAR/CHOCOLATE from HONORINE

A delicious cake that Honorine, my Grandmother loved. A cake to celebrate all Grandmothers provided they love chocolate and pears!

The chocolate should melt slowly. Cooking requires leaving the oven door slightly ajar to wedge in 1 tbsp of wood, which will release just enough steam for perfect cooking.

Do not forget that the proportions are for 1 person. For a family mold for 6 to 8 people, simply multiply the ingredients by 6 or 8, so the cooking time will be 45 to 50 minutes.

Per person :

35g dark baking chocolate

35g melted butter

½ egg

30g caster sugar

½ pear, peeled and finely chopped

To grease the mold, butter or parchment paper

Preheat the mold Th 6 (180°). Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it gently, stirring constantly. In a bowl, put egg and sugar and whisk until the mixture becomes frothy. Add the butter, mix. Finally, add the melted chocolate and mix. Add the flour and mix gently while lifting the dough. Add the pear and mix. Grease the mold and pour the batter into it. Put in the oven and wedge 1 wooden c in the door to leave it slightly ajar. Cook 25 min Th 6 (180°). As soon as it is cooked, remove the cake, unmold it and let it cool on a wire rack.

Nice kitchen to all, Régine
