UNIK, network of 7 ESAT including that of Saint Laurent des Arbres which employs 74 workers with disabilities, plus about twenty people including workshop monitors; ESAT which brings together a logistics packaging workshop, a bakery with its shop, a cafeteria, in all, 8 professions. The UNIK bakery-pastry works all its products organically. As for the cafeteria, the starter-main course-dessert menu is €15. The ESAT UNIK is located behind the Mr Bricolage of Saint Laurent des Arbres.
