Emmanuel Macron met families of hostages

President Macron assured the families of the two Franco-Israeli hostages still held in Gaza that France was “everything done” for their release and insisted that she would continue to “beat relentlessly” against anti-Semitism, just like Michel Barnier. “He reiterated to the families present that France was doing everything possible to obtain a ceasefire and an agreement allowing the release of Ohad Yahalomi and Ofer Kalderon as a priority, and that it was pressing all parties to move forward in this direction without further delay.”specified the Elysée.

Bombings continue in the Middle East

The Israeli army has increased its bombings in Lebanon. She claimed to have hit “more than 120 targets” of the Shiite movement in southern Lebanon. According to the Lebanese news agency ANI, the Israeli air force notably carried out “six strikes” successive attacks on the southern suburbs of Beirut, a Hezbollah stronghold.
