According to Canadians aged 18 to 38 | Home ownership, a good investment

Eighty-four percent is the proportion of Canadians aged 18 to 38, or Generation Z and young millennials, who believe that home ownership is a good investment, according to a recent Royal LePage survey conducted by Hill & Knowlton.

Among respondents who do not yet own a primary residence, 74% said that home ownership was a priority, although achieving this goal seems uncertain for 26% of them or not feasible for 20%.

Moreover, it is the respondents from Quebec who are the most optimistic about their possibility of eventually accessing property, with 64% of respondents.
