Star wide receiver CeeDee Lamb has ended his strike with the Dallas Cowboys by agreeing to a four-year, $136 million contract, three people familiar with the decision told The Associated Press.
The people spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity Monday because the pact has not been confirmed by the parties involved.
Lamb will enter the final year of his rookie contract after being selected with the 17th overall pick.e 2020 NFL Draft pick. He led the league in receptions (135) last season, was second in receiving yards (1,749) and third in passing touchdowns (12).
Lamb missed June’s minicamp, a decision made the day after Justin Jefferson’s contract with the Minnesota Vikings was announced as the most lucrative non-quarterback deal in NFL history.
Lamb and Jefferson have matching career NFL numbers after being selected six picks apart in the first round of the 2020 draft. Lamb has improved his offensive numbers each season, and he was named a First Team All-Star in 2023.
