The Olympic Games events are also popular with stars, especially Americans, who often come to support the athletes from the United States.

In front of their screens, viewers have been indulging in a sort of “Where is Charlie” giant, celebrity version. Since the start of the 2024 Olympic Games, officially launched on Friday, July 26, many international stars have taken part in the festivities, particularly in the stands of the stadiums where the events are being held. On Sunday, July 28, in the Arena Bercy, spectators and photographers were particularly spoiled. From Tom Cruise to Lady Gaga to Ariana Grande, a plethora of big names from the American cultural world came to witness the debut of a compatriot, gymnast Simone Biles, four-time Olympic champion, during the women’s qualifying events for the Games.
