Joshua Liendo (49.99 sec) and Ilya Kharun (50.45 sec) finished 2nd and 3rd respectively in the event, behind the Hungarian Kristóf Milák, who won in 49.90.
This is a second bronze medal at these Games for Kharun, who also finished third in the 200m butterfly a few days ago.
