It’s now official: forward Mason Toye has been traded from CF Montreal to the Portland Timbers. The club made the announcement Tuesday afternoon.
In return, the CFM gets $200,000 in General Allocation Money (GAM), contingent on its performance in Oregon. A second-round pick in the 2025 MLS Draft was also acquired by Montreal in the deal.
