The Orpea dossier has become a little heavier. Nearly 80 complaints from families of residents were filed Monday, April 4, before the Nanterre prosecutor’s office against the group, lawyer Sarah Saldmann told AFP, confirming information from the Parisian. These individual complaints target the group of private nursing homes for acts of “endangering the lives of others”, “non-assistance to a person in danger”, but also for “involuntary homicide”, “violence by negligence” and for “flight”.
Contacted Monday evening by franceinfo, the Nanterre prosecutor’s office had not yet confirmed receipt of these complaints.
