The peak of traffic jams was reached on Wednesday morning around 8:35 a.m., with 674.10 km of cumulative traffic jams. The difficulties are now mainly concentrated in the Meuse, with 31.6 km of cumulative traffic jams on the N4, but also in the Oise where Bison futé has recorded 25.3 km of cumulative traffic jams on the A1.
