“1 million people affected in France, 225,000 new cases each year”, the disease against which Nolwenn Leroy is fighting!

Beyond her great popularity and her success as a singer, Nolwenn Leroy is also fighting a heavy battle against illness. Sponsor of the Foundation which fights against Alzheimer’s disease, the Breton woman tries every year to collect as many donations as possible. Last September, she took her Instagram account to send a message to her subscribers. In a story relayed by the Leclerc stores, partners of the foundation, Arnaud Clément’s companion appealed to everyone’s solidarity: “I am counting on you to beat all records!”.

After a year of remarkable customer generosity, despite the crisis, E.Leclerc is indeed continuing its fight for Alzheimer’s research and should renew the “An Orchid for Memory” operation next September. “Again, for each “double stem” orchid purchased in an E.Leclerc center, 4 euros will be donated to the Alzheimer Research Foundation,” the foundation said almost a year ago.

As for her musical career, Nolwenn Leroy continues to surf on the great success of her album La cavale. The Breton woman even allowed herself to record her version of the hit “Running up that hill” by Kate Bush and brought up to date by the fantastic series Stranger Things, the fourth season of which is currently available on Netflix.

This Monday, September 5, 2022, Arnaud Clément’s companion once again carried the colors of her commitment loud and clear. From the Instagram account of the foundation sponsored by the Leclerc centers, the Breton has responded. “Until September 25, you also support research on Alzheimer’s disease when shopping in stores and Drive E.Leclerc: for the purchase of an orchid €4 will be donated to the @alzh_fondation
