Vladimir Putin’s ruthless actions have claimed the lives of two young boys following a brutal aerial assault on a residential building using a half-ton glide bomb.

This tragic event has led Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to urgently request assistance from Western nations and ask for increased military support to counteract Putin’s aggression.

The bombing, which involved a 500kg FAB-500 glide bomb, resulted in the deaths of a 12-year-old and a 15-year-old in the city of Kharkiv, leaving many other citizens injured.

The assault took place just moments before Halloween, devastating a nine-story apartment block.

Devastating images depict the destruction caused by the explosion, showcasing shattered windows and sections of walls torn apart.

One haunting photo features a child’s coat dangling from a broken hook on the roof of a collapsed apartment.

Debris littered the streets, with overturned burned-out vehicles scattered outside.

Rescue teams, along with firefighters, have been tirelessly sifting through the ruins for hours, searching for survivors or any sign of victims.

Heavy machinery, including cranes, has been brought in to aid in the desperate search.

So far, three fatalities have been confirmed.

The 12-year-old boy is believed to have died instantly as responders located his body soon after the blast.

Additionally, another victim, a male estimated to be between 25 and 30 years old, was recovered.

The last confirmed fatality was a 15-year-old boy named Borys, who likely endured severe injuries before succumbing.

Borys was found trapped beneath the rubble, as revealed by Dmytro Chubenko, spokesperson for the Kharkiv prosecutor’s office.

Initially reported missing after the explosion, locals held out hope for his survival.

His aunt shared her anguish with the media: “My nephew, Borys, is trapped under the debris. He’s in the collapsed room where they are currently searching for him.

“His grandparents were in another room and managed to escape quickly with help from the rescuers.

“But reaching him was impossible.”

At least 35 others suffered serious injuries in the blast, with some still unaccounted for.

According to Artem Astakhov, head of the State Emergency Service in the Kharkiv region, the chances of finding any survivors are slim.

He stated, “There are no signs of life; we used electronic devices to listen for any activity last night, but nothing was detected.”

As news of Putin’s horrific attack spread to Kyiv, a distressed and frustrated Zelensky addressed his Western allies, highlighting the urgency of the situation: “Our partners witness the daily loss. Delayed actions on their part translate to dozens, if not hundreds, more Russian bombings against Ukraine.

“Their decisions impact the lives of our citizens; we must unite to halt Russia with all available force.”

While Ukraine possesses British Storm Shadow and American ATACMS missiles, their utilization is constrained.

Zelensky has pointed out that only a portion of the promised US military aid has reached Ukraine in the last 11 months.

Kyiv asserts the necessity of targeting Russian air bases, ammunition facilities, and other crucial military objectives to effectively counter Putin’s onslaught.

This most recent attack marks the third significant strike on Kharkiv in a series of relentless assaults aimed at undermining Ukrainian resilience.

Russia has increasingly resorted to deploying powerful glide bombs in its efforts to bombard Ukrainian positions.

Shocking footage has also emerged showcasing Russia’s use of drones to hunt down and strike innocent Ukrainian civilians with lethal precision.

Putin’s brutal campaigns have led to widespread devastation in major eastern and southern cities, resulting in approximately 30 fatalities and over 400 injuries.
