While leaving the event and signing autographs, J. Lo was reportedly asked, “Do you have any comments about Diddy and the allegations?”
The star chose not to answer the question and ceased signing autographs, as per local media. She reportedly exited the venue immediately despite fans urging her not to leave.

At the time, Diddy—then recognized as Puff Daddy—was with Lopez when a shooting occurred in a Times Square nightclub. They fled the scene, were pursued by authorities, and subsequently arrested. Later, a prosecutor claimed that the shooting stemmed from a fight involving Diddy and another clubgoer, as reported by The New York Times. The charges against Lopez were eventually dropped, and Diddy was acquitted in 2001.

We, therefore, respectfully request that any response be filed by October 30, 2024.”
While Jennifer Lopez has not publicly addressed her relationship with Diddy or the surrounding allegations, others from her past have commented on the situation. Her ex-husband, Ojani Noa, who was married to her from February 1997 to January 1998, asserted that Diddy played a role in their brief marriage.
“Part of that divorce was Diddy’s fault,” the 50-year-old Cuban actor stated during an appearance on Despierta América. “When Sony came along with their millions for her, there was Puffy, who became one of the producers of several tracks on her first album, On the 6. That’s when the deceit, the lies, and the separation began.”
Ojani further explained, “While I was in Los Angeles opening my restaurant, she was dividing her time between Miami and New York for the album. I would visit whenever possible. It was during that physical distance that the deception originated.”
