Zone outing, season 4 | Episode 67: The Triumph of Vegas

After a long wait of six years, finally, the Vegas Golden Knights are the great champions of the NHL. Did the Knights defeat a club in Florida that simply couldn’t go any further? Our experts also wonder if, in a league where success breeds success, other clubs will want to try to copy the Vegas model, with all that that entails. Meanwhile, commissioner Gary Bettman must surely be rubbing his hands in satisfaction, he who believed in this concept of hockey in the desert.

At the Canadian, two sports therapists have been fired following the avalanche of injuries of the past two seasons. We wonder if it was really their fault, while evoking in passing some rumors of a transaction involving two members of the Winnipeg Jets. Finally, the sale price of the Ottawa Senators leaves no one indifferent… can Quebec still compete in such a landscape?
