In Philadelphia’s Kensington neighborhood, which has become an open-air drug market, people can be seen intoxicated with “zombie drugs,” a combination of horse tranquilizer and body-destroying fentanyl. Our journalist Jessica Nadeau went there to see the extent of the phenomenon.
