Zemgus Girgensons signs for one year and 2.5 million with the Sabers

(Buffalo) Forward Zemgus Girgensons will return to Buffalo for a 10e season after signing a one-year, $2.5 million deal.

Girgensons is the longest-serving Sabers player with the club. It could have enjoyed full autonomy next month. This decision by the 29-year-old skater is a sign that he believes the team is finally on the right track.
