Arthur angry on the Web

Arthur, a renowned presenter in the French audiovisual landscape, distinguished himself by publicly expressing his anger and support for the Israeli people. “Imagine hundreds of barbaric terrorists entering French villages simultaneously. Massacring, slaughtering, raping hundreds of civilians, taking old men, women and children hostage, all under a rain of 5,000 missiles! This is what people are subjected to the Israelis for 24 hours. To all those who find extenuating circumstances in these terrorists, LFI (Rebellious France)NPA (New Anti-Capitalist Party) and other ignorant people hiding behind your anonymous X accounts, You are the shame of France!”, he wrote on social networks.

As a reminder, Jean-Luc Mélenchon and Louis Boyard created controversy by taking a position on X, formerly Twitter. “For too long has France turned a blind eye to colonization and abuses in Palestine. For too long has France kept the violence of the Israeli state and that of Palestinian armed groups back to back”, wrote Cyril Hanouna’s rival. Comments which provoked strong reactions.
