It is a magical moment attended by Yannick Noah and his ex-wife Cécilia Rodhe on July 13th. The two were reunited for a very special day, the wedding of their son Joakim Noah (37) to the magnificent Brazilian model Lais Ribeiro (31).
Engaged since September 2019, the former NBA star and his half had to wait almost three years before saying yes in front of their families and loved ones. The global pandemic has surely not helped to bring together all the people they love and who live in all four corners of the world. Spending most of his time in Cameroon, in his village Noah located in Yaoundé (where he recently received Emmanuel Macron), Yannick Noah would not have missed the wedding of his eldest in Brazil for anything in the world.
Very moved by the wedding of Joakim, in the church then on the beach of Trancoso, Yannick Noah lived this second part of the marriage in communion with his ex-wife. He appeared entwined with Cécilia Rodhe, former Miss Sweden to whom he was married from 1984 to 1987.
