Yamoussa: homemade samosas

Yamoussa is a special gourmet adventure, it’s just the pleasure of sharing different homemade samosas with local suppliers. Yaël Fert is a nursing assistant at Lourdes hospital, her lover Julien Camarou is a future notary clerk, their common point is good cooking. Yaël comes from a large family in Capbis, her mother cooked a lot with 6 children, the pans often sang with a vegetable garden in support. Yaël and Julien like to receive and are often invited.

Often invited for aperitifs and loving to receive, Yaël cooks good things like her samosas so good that “You should sell them” is a very good advice from her friends.

All the samosas from Yamoussa are homemade, tested by friends and family, prepared with local products and producers, they are already very successful. 7 different samosas like goat cheese, honey, walnuts, the “Simon” made especially for a friend who doesn’t like anything, the brick way or the burger way there’s something for everyone. Yaël is soon announcing sweet samosas. In the meantime we order, we can even take delivery in Pau and in the agglomeration.
