World Hockey Championship | Canada will be able to count on John Tavares

Hockey Canada announced that it has added forward John Tavares to its roster for the 2024 IIHF World Hockey Championship.

Tavares has already worn the colors of Canada, winning gold in 2008 and 2009 at the World Junior Championship. He also won gold at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics.

Tavares represented his country at the World Hockey Championship in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
