The “Trends to Discover” series from Ateliers SAQ by ITHQ is ideal for those who want to learn (a little) more about wine, in a relaxed context.
Each hour-and-a-half tasting features four distinct products, accompanied by a cheese plate. What’s more, it takes place not in an overly lit classroom, but in the ITHQ’s Blanc bec wine bar.
Two themes have just been added to the program, namely volcanic terroirs and “natural wines”.
This spring, there are six dates left to “discover the trends”, including that of thirst-quenching red wines. You will be guided by the passionate Samuel Dubois.
