Solo, 40, has also been charged with misdemeanor child abuse and resisting a police officer, in connection with the March 31 incident in North Carolina. His attorney, Chris Clifton, said both charges were voluntarily dismissed, the Winston-Salem newspaper reported.

A statement from the Forsyth County District Attorney’s Office said a judge sentenced Solo to a 24-month suspended sentence and a 30-day active sentence. She received 30 days credit for the time she spent in an inpatient rehabilitation facility.

The judge also ordered Solo to pay $2,500 in fines and a $600 fee for the cost of lab tests. She must also obtain a substance abuse assessment and follow all recommended treatments.

A police report claims that Solo was arrested in the parking lot of a mall in Winston-Salem. According to an arrest warrant, a passerby noticed Solo passed out behind the wheel for more than an hour, with the vehicle’s engine running and the two children in the backseat.

A responding officer could smell alcohol, and the warrant stated that Solo had refused a field sobriety test.

Solo was taken to the magistrate’s office, where she refused to take a breath test. The police then obtained a search warrant for a blood sample. Solo had a blood alcohol level of 0.24%, three times the legal limit. Tests also showed she had THC in her system, according to a police report.
