France Bleu Occitanie is the partner radio of this great event. You have until January 2 to submit your application. Elodie Pagès is an editor for the Haute-Garonne magazine, Intramuros, Elle, for La Food Locale and her blog hello’toulouse. She tells you all about what you can earn in Blue Circuit, Flavors Side.
Founded by Sophie Franco and Estelle Elias, Local Food is a Toulouse communication and support agency specializing in the food sector. It is also a media committed to more responsible food.

For this 2nd edition, the organizers are once again launching a call for applications to restaurateurs, producers, grocery store managers, caterers, pastry chefs, wine merchants, butchers, bakers, pork butchers, … but also to project leaders, with the creation of a new prize dedicated to them, entitled Graine de Food.

The award ceremony will take place January 30 during the show Smarhrt, THE unmissable event in the Great South-West for professionals in the Catering, Hotel and Food Trades sectors.
