The Quat’Sous theater this week revealed the content of its winter programming, which gives pride of place to female actresses and playwrights.
From January 25, the play The art of living by Liliane Gougeon Moisan will star with her cast made up of Simon Beaulé-Bulman, Larissa Corriveau, Amélie Dallaire and Debbie Lynch-White. This text, located “halfway between the IKEA catalog and a guide to good manners”, is directed by Solène Paré.
Will follow in March Sappho, a text co-written by Marie-Ève Milot and Marie-Claude St-Laurent, inspired by a poet from ancient Greece. We will find on stage Florence Blain Mbaye, Nathalie Claude, Muriel Dutil, Katia Lévesque and Alix Mouysset.
Finally, from April 19 to May 14, Sophie Cadieux and Kathleen Fortin will perform the piece All things, written by Fanny Britt and directed by Alexia Bürger. This text for two voices is directly inspired by the friendship that has endured for 30 years between the playwright and the director.
