Women and Girls of Science | Awaken passions

Whether in the field of aerospace, video games or artificial intelligence, women remain underrepresented in many technology industries in Quebec.

To help bridge this gap, the Women and Girls of Science event is back for a sixth edition at the Center des sciences de Montréal.

Among other things, participants will have the opportunity to take part in robotics and molecular cuisine workshops, in addition to discovering a host of scientific and technical careers.

During the day, the fascinating engineer Farah Alibay will give a lecture on her journey, which allowed her to live a whole Martian adventure.

Note also the presence of the impressive dog-robot Spot. Despite the name of the event, fathers, brothers and friends are also welcome.

Saturday, February 11, starting at 10 a.m., at the Montreal Science Center
