Every day we take pleasure in cooking and talking about gastronomy with the guests of Côté Saveur.

Today it is Jessica N’Guyen. She is a spokesperson for FlipNpik. It is a social network and a locavore application which therefore favors local commerce. The site promotes the short circuit and local know-how.

Jessica is also a true epicurean. She shares with us the content of her plate and her pleasure in cooking and sharing around a good meal whose products are obviously largely from short circuits.
