The XV of France has fulfilled its contract to the end. The Blues ended their Six Nations Tournament with a victory against Wales (41-28), Saturday March 18, at the Stade de France, during the last day.

Shaken by the Welsh in the blow, especially at the start of the match, the French still managed to play their game and take the upper hand, before relaxing in the second part of the second period.

Gaël Fickou takes advantage of the defensive largesse of the Welsh to come and register the 4th French try, synonymous with an offensive bonus. Fabien Galthié's Les Bleus lead 34 to 7 against Wales.

With four tries scored and the offensive bonus picked up, they are temporarily back in front of Ireland, and can still keep their crown in this competition. This will require that the XV of the Rose wins in Dublin, and that the Irish take, at most, only one bonus (offensive or defensive).
