A great tourist destination, certainly, but the impression that its wines, although original, full of character and sold for a pittance, are struggling to become the darling of wine lovers. This dry and vigorous white, made with arinto, antâo vaz and viognier, would go well with a cod steak with gribiche sauce. Give it a try! (5)
