In the summer, life is savored peacefully on the terraces or on the paths crisscrossing the surrounding landscape to be discovered on foot, by bike or by boat on the Canal du Centre. Not to be missed within a radius of only 30 kms, the castles of Couches, Germolles and The Rochepot as well as the historic towns of Beaune and Autunor the Climats du Vignoble de Bourgogne, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The Estate has 3 Rooms and 4 Suites with a resolutely cozy and personalized decoration, all conducive to daydreaming and relaxation. Very spacious and refined, their volume, although generous, elegantly preserves the warm and intimate atmosphere of the place. Each of them bears the name of an award-winning animal (Charolais or Thoroughbred) which has contributed to the reputation of the breeding by Eric FEURTET.

On the plate, quality products, mostly from the Domaine (Charolais beef, Aubrac & Wagyu, poultry, lamb, eggs, harvests from the vegetable garden and orchard) and sublimated with elegance by the Chef… Menu according to seasonal products and the inspirations of our Chef Jérémie Muller. The restaurant occupies the ground floor of the House in a very warm setting with exposed stones with a Burgundian ceiling, open fireplace and beautiful terraces to enjoy sunny days and mild evenings…
The farm and the vegetable garden
At the origin of this unique concept, the Ferme du Domaine as an essential link supplies all the meat and eggs to our Restaurant.
It is with respect for animal well-being that the various poultry (Bresse-style chicken, capon, guinea fowl, turkey, pigeon, quail, goose and duck) are raised, cattle (Charolais, Aubrac and wagyu breeds), lambs, pigs and all laying hens. In addition to the 80 hectares of meadows and ponds, the animals enjoy a huge wooden building which fits perfectly into the landscape.
In addition to animal production, the Farm also has a large vegetable garden and orchard, which provide us with a supply of vegetables, fruits and herbs throughout the year. You will not be long in strolling in the vegetable garden …..
…. in a square or along the petanque ground!
A thoroughbred breeding in Burgundy
The Domain of Rymska it’s a Farm, but it’s also a stud farm of thoroughbred horses !
It’s in 2014 the adventure begins with the first birth on the stud farm, of a filly who will soon become a great Group champion winner in France and the United States and who later gave her name to the Domaine: Rymska, daughter of Foreign Raider (still present at the stud) by Le Havre (one of the best thoroughbred stallions in France).
Today, the Haras has 20 broodmares …
