On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, France Bleu Normandie offers you an exceptional evening. In Ouistreham, on Monday February 14, you will be expected from 8 p.m. in the Cruise room of the Casino Barrière for a romantic dinner with a dream meal:
- The Valentine’s Day cocktail and its appetizer
- Duck foie gras and fig chutney, Parisian brioche
- Seared scallops, small cabbage stuffed with seasonal vegetables, mashed cauliflower
- The Wheel of Love: almond biscuit, lychee and elderflower mousse, wild blueberry jelly
- Coffee and macaroon.
the dinner will be animated by the duet of Alexandre Chebassier and with magic with Sébastien Calbry.
