(London) Ottawa’s Gabriela Dabrowski and Mexico’s Giuliana Olmos advanced to the third round at Wimbledon on Friday, winning 7-5, 3-6, 6-3 ahead of Ukraine’s Marta Kostyuk and Czech’s Tereza Martincová.

Third seeds in doubles, Dabrowski and Olmos had the upper hand 4-3 for the breaks.
In particular, they took the serve of their rivals in the sixth game of the third set, taking control 4-2.
Dabrowski and Olmos triumphed at the Madrid Open in May.
Their next opponents will be Danielle Collins and Desirae Krawczyk, Americans, or Marie Bouzkova and Tereza Mihalikova, Czech and Slovak, respectively.
