Among the products that are likely to increase or even disappear from supermarket shelves this winter are yogurts and other dairy products. The reason: the explosion in the price of gas.
From a factory located in Jouy (Yonne), 42 brands of yoghurt come out. It is therefore one of the most important in France. A halt in production due to lack of energy would be unheard of in this factory, which employs more than 400 people, and which works mainly for mass distribution.
