Thursday, June 9, Cédric Jubillar’s lawyer goes to court to demand the release of his client. He has been in pre-trial detention for twelve months.

Cédric Jubillar is coming to the end of his twelve-month legal criminal deposit mandate. The man has always maintained his innocence. For its part, justice has been struggling for a year and a half to gather irrefutable evidence on this murder, without a body, without a confession and without a proven crime scene. The magistrate has the possibility of extending the period of detention of Cédric Jubillar by six months or of releasing him until his judgment.
