The question is on many lips, Thursday September 26: why was the suspect in the murder of Philippine, under OQTF, still in France? A government source recognizes “a vagueness in state services”.
Targeted by an OQTF (Obligation to leave French territory), Taha O., the suspect in the murder of the young Filipina, was however not deported.
