This Wednesday, June 28, 2023, Anaïs Bouton received Olivia Ruiz in the latest issue of the RTL podcast, Tenacious. An opportunity for the 43-year-old singer-songwriter, actress, director and novelist to look back on her beginnings in show business, in particular on her participation in the star Academy. In addition to telecrochet, the pretty brunette also spoke of her new novel, but also her greatest pride: her son. Mother of a 7-year-old boy named Nino, the companion of Nicolas Preschey seems ready to do anything to offer a dream life to her child. However, if the artist claims to be motivated by “the fear of emptiness, the fear of lack, the fear of not building a future for (s) one’s son”, she does not wish to overprotect the flesh of her flesh.

His biggest dream? Allowing his offspring to find their own path without relying on the success of their parents. “We dotted ‘i’ recently. I explained to her that mum was making a good living, but that when she finished her studies, this money would remain with mum and that he was going to have to sweat to earn his own”, she confided to the microphone of our colleagues. And to conclude: “It gives me the rage to move forward, to say to myself ‘I want him to be proud of me’. Let him say to himself ‘my mother did things, she fought, she knows the meaning of the word work’. Things that could possibly come in handy soon.”

“It’s a daily job”
Usually very discreet about her private life, this is not the first time that Olivia Ruiz has spoken about her son’s legacy. “Nino is 6 and a half years old and it’s a daily job so that he doesn’t repeat what he hears in the playground. I want him to understand that some children don’t have a chance, without him break his heart telling him things he’s too young to hear.”, she declared in the columns of Female version in May 2022. Touching confidences.
