Soaring energy prices and certain raw materials are causing inflation in France. “Let’s take the example of fruit and vegetables. The vagaries of the weather, periods of frost and drought have reduced production. And with demand still just as strong, prices are rising (…) nobody knows that it will be the duration and extent of inflation.
