While humanitarian corridors are granted by the IDF in the south of Gaza, the fighting is concentrated in particular around several hospitals. The situation arouses the indignation of the international community.
Bombings took place near the Indonesian hospital in Gaza. The latter caused panic among men in the corridors of the establishment. Who are they exactly? Among the civilians, are there any Hamas members? Al-Shifa Hospital, the largest hospital in the enclave, was also the subject of attacks. We can thus see dramatic images of civilians injured or killed at the entrance to the establishment.
Hamas hidden in hospitals?
In other images, two Israeli tanks are seen near another establishment. “The hospital is surrounded on all sides by Israeli tanks. They ordered us to evacuate. We want to leave, there are hundreds of us. But no Red Crescent to ensure our security”, implores a young woman. Still north of the enclave, civilians with white flags try to evacuate another hospital. But they retreat, because they are caught under fire from unknown sources. The Israeli army confirms fighting around five hospitals. The Jewish state considers that Hamas is hiding in its structures.
