Nice initiatives in favor of dogs hailed by 30 million friends

Here are some answers that tipped the scales for this ranking drawn up by 30 million friends:

• The administrative agents of the city and the metropolis are encouraged to come to the office accompanied by their 4-legged friend since December 2021
