Why do humans shake hands to greet each other?

It is not new, the handshake: we find the first in Greek antiquity, on stelae of the 5th century BC. Historians interpret it as a gesture of peace and trust, to show, originally, that we did not have a dagger in our hand. But, in 2015, Israeli sociology researchers discovered that it was not just a social act related to politeness! Maybe it’s a way to communicate like beasts.
