The new season of Dance with the stars has just started. And this year, the production pulled out all the stops at the celebrity level. From Inès Reg to Cristina Cordula via Natasha St Pier, James Denton, Nico Capone and Diane Leyre, the cast of the thirteenth edition is breathtaking.
But before them, other artists set foot on the floor of the first channel. Unfortunately, not all the personalities invited to participate necessarily enjoyed their time on the show.
Sinclair, for example, don’t only have good memories of the program. However, the singer hit the mark during the first prime thanks to a wild samba on the title Shape of you by Ed Sheeran with Denisa Ikonomova.
In a recent interview with FM logosthe artist spoke at length about his journey in Dance with the stars. An adventure he won’t soon forget. “It was pretty hard-core. I can’t say I did it for the right reasons. But it doesn’t matter, I did it. And I learned something, to no longer be ashamed of anything because finding yourself in a tutu to infernal songs, it was very very violent for me. You wouldn’t say it, but I’m very shy. I did it, the team is very nice and everything went very well but it wasn’t very simple”he explained in particular.
“I was a little afraid to go on TV”
Before shining in Dance with the stars, it was in another program that early fans had the chance to see Sinclair flourish. For a long time, the interpreter of If it’s good like that evolved on M6 in New star. “I was on stage for fifteen years. I told myself I was fed up, it wasn’t working the way I wanted it to. I took a break from concerts and was offered the Nouvelle Star project. I was a little afraid to go on TV. Once I stepped foot in it, I realized that I was being allowed to be who I was. It allowed me to put emotions into words and reach more people even though I wasn’t releasing music at the time. It was a great experience.” he confided.
Exit New star, Sinclair is once again active on the music scene. In November 2023, he unveiled a brand new album entitled So sorry.
