The Gougère is THE specialty that is the pride of Flogny-la-Chapelle and of all Icaunais! Essential for an aperitif, it is one of the symbols of gastronomy in the Yonne. It was a certain Liénard, around 1800, who was the first to market this specialty made from a salted cabbage paste to which he added Comté cheese. A simple recipe: water, butter, flour, eggs and cheese, for a guaranteed effect!
The gougère now has its party!
For thirty years, Flogny-La-Chapelle has celebrated the gougère on the third Sunday of May during a big party for everyone, young and old. The Guild of Gougère Tasters meet you on Sunday, May 15, 2022 for this beautiful feast of the gastronomic feast. The great spring chapter of the Guild of gougère tasters will be held on this occasion, with an induction ceremony and a gougère competition open to all.
Who will be the “France Bleu Auxerre” representative?
Monday May 9, France Bleu Auxerre will be live from the kitchens of the CIFA in Auxerre to carry the colors of your radio station high. Between 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m., our 5 candidates will make their tray of gougères. They will have the opportunity to go behind top-of-the-range stoves, accompanied by clerk-apprentices. At the end of the show, the gougères will be submitted to a professional jury, uncompromising but above all greedy!
The 2nd edition of the Challenge Alternance and Young Futures France Bleu internships, until May 31
A live broadcast from CIFA de l’Yonne is also a new opportunity to promote the professional opportunities offered by apprenticeship. Since March 28, France Bleu and the media group AEF Info have been organizing the 2nd edition of the Challenge Alternance et internships Jeunes d’Avenirs. An initiative and a digital platform with the aim of connecting candidates and recruiters. Objective this year: 100,000 matches! After the success of the first edition in 2021, which had made it possible to organize more than 76,000 contacts, France Bleu, still in partnership with the group, is launching the second edition of the Challenge Alternance et internships Jeunes d’Avenirs. With the following objectives:
- to gather as many work-study and internship offers as possible, in particular those that remain “hidden” due to lack of time, lack of visibility of recruiters.
- to give young people access to these offers by supporting them as effectively as possible
How it works ?
Registration is done on the website jeunesdavenirs.fr until May 31. In less than 10 seconds, young people and companies will be able to register and have access to the platform’s offers / CV library as well as support services: preparation for interviews, information on possible aid, etc. The software allows also to bring together the most relevant offers for each CV as simply as possible.
