Do you know white wine with basil? Meeting in this short circuit with Olivier Paret, the creator of Esprit Apéritifs, a drink made in the basin of Arcachon and Gironde. He created his drink in 2017 in his former Jazz bar “Le Bronx” in Arcachon
A white wine made exclusively from Bordeaux grape varieties with 70% Sémillon and 30% Sauvignon en blanc as well as hundreds of kilos of Basil, all of this macerates in large vats for a few days.
Ready to enjoy with a few ice cubes or chilled at the end of the day.
