Like every week, “Un jour en France” looks back on various information from the last 24 hours across the country, Saturday February 18.

In Brest (Finistère), 7,500 people marched in silence in tribute to Héléna Cluyon. On the route she took the evening of her disappearance, anonymous people and the student’s comrades meditate, their voices trembling. The young woman would have turned 21 on February 1.

Against the closure of a maternity hospital, a hundred rural mayors expressed their anger in Autun (Saône-et-Loire), in the Morvan. A hundred city councilors have deposited the keys to their town hall, on the forecourt of the sub-prefecture.

Further south, in Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône), an unprecedented solidarity action took place. In a Salvation Army bus, a fully equipped kitchen is available to people staying in the hotel.

Finally, in the Pyrenees during the winter holidays, snowshoeing and Nordic baths are on the program in Gourette (Pyrénées-Atlantiques). A perfect combo with breathtaking views and 36 degree water.
