It’s a duel of small thumbs on the program for the second quarter-final of this Coupe de France 2022. Versailles travels to Périgueux to face Bergerac, Wednesday February 9 (6:30 p.m.), for a place in the semi-finals. The two clubs are leaders of their group in National 2 and aim to climb in parallel with this great adventure in the Cup.
After five games in the competition, Bergerac has still not conceded a single goal. The Périgourdins notably eliminated Metz on penalties, then Saint-Etienne (1-0) in the last round. Versailles also kicked out Toulouse, a professional club, in the previous round. The match had to be reversed and the Yvelinois therefore imposed themselves on the lawn of the Ligue 2 leader. They will once again have to shine outside on Wednesday.
