Laetitia Milot married the second love of her life in 2007, Badri. As is customary, they have chosen a dream destination for their honeymoon: the Seychelles. Always with a smile and more bubbly than ever, no one would think that the actress has experienced drama in her life. The first is the death of her husband Yannis. Died in 2001 from cancer, the actress struggled to recover. However, before dying, Yannis pushed Laetitia Milot into Badri’s arms. She had met him when she had a small job in a cinema and Yannis had noticed that they could be together. The late husband therefore pushed them to get in touch. Since then, they are still a couple.
Their union went smoothly, however, during the honeymoon, there was a big disaster. They embarked for the Seychelles with their suitcases thinking that they were going to live an extraordinary journey. Only, not everything went as planned. The former star of More beautiful life on France 3 said to Tele-Leisure in 2014 : “The first day, we discovered a dream setting: we ran on the beach, then we lay down on the sand facing the turquoise sea. In the evening, we had itching, then the next day, blisters and red pimples from head to toe. The horror!”, she recalls.
She then laughed that she’s Badri was going to die. “It was actually sand flies that had bitten us. We stayed like that for three days, touring pharmacies and trying grandma’s methods: toothpaste and vinegar on the skin…”
